Initial issue of the shares of Azrustrans CJSC was registered. Financial Markets Supervision Chamber registered the initial issue of the shares of "Azrustrans" CJSC jointly organized by Azerbaijan and Russia. It was announced to "Report" from the Chamber. According to the report, emission takes into account of the issuance of 150 000 ordinary bearer shares (total value - 150 thousand AZN), of which per nominal value is 1 AZN, into circulation.
